Participants must know how to swim.
Children under 4 years old are not permitted to swim with dolphins.
Children aged 5, 6, and 7 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. The accompanying adult must also pay the dolphin swimming fee.
Pregnant guests are not permitted to swim with dolphins.
Guests with Down syndrome and autism are not permitted to swim with dolphins.
The swimming pool is approximately 6 meters deep.

Professional photographers take photos and videos during the session. Personal photography is not allowed in the pool.
