Cancellation and Refund Policy

All reservations made through Alanya Oasis Tour are subject to the following cancellation and refund conditions:

• Reservations may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the tour date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date may not be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show.
• If a tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or circumstances related to the tour provider, the customer will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour.
• No payment is collected at the time of booking. Payment is made on the day of the tour by cash or credit card.
