Is Hotel Transfer Included in the Price?

Yes. Round-trip hotel transfer is standardly included in the price for all tours we organize across the site – including boat, safari, rafting, canyon, Turkish bath, and city tours. You do not need to pay an additional transfer fee.

Are Aparthotels Covered by Transfer?

Yes, guests staying in aparthotels also benefit from the standard transfer service. Transfer information is stated as "pick-up from hotels or apartments" on our product pages; you just need to share the correct address of your accommodation during booking.

What Time Does the Transfer Start?

Transfer times vary depending on your accommodation area (e.g., Mahmutlar, Konaklı, Avsallar, Türkler, Okurcalar) and the tour route for that day. For example, pick-up for boat tours is usually between 09:00-09:45, and for jeep safaris, between 07:00-09:00. Your precise time will be notified to you via WhatsApp after the reservation is confirmed.

How Far Do I Need to Walk to My Transfer Point?

For large hotels, the vehicle usually comes right to the hotel entrance. In some apartment areas with narrow streets, the vehicle may wait for you at the nearest suitable point; in this case, the meeting point will be clearly specified in the reservation confirmation.

Is There a Hidden Fee for Transfer?

No. Services included and not included in the price are listed separately on each tour page; transfer is always among the included services, and there will be no surprise fees during the booking process.

Can I Join from Side, Belek, or Kemer?
